What is a Chartered Market Technician (CMT)?

The Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designation marks the highest education within the field of Technical Analysis and is the preeminent designation for practitioners of this discipline in the world.

As of 2024, according to the Market Technician's Association there exists fewer than 1600 people WORLDWIDE who have the highly respected and coveted (CMT) credential - considered THE GLOBAL GOLD STANDARD for practitioners of Technical Analysis.
